luxury brand TWG Tea.
The drink that changed the world is enjoying a newfound renaissance, but gone are the days when the phrase 'afternoon tea' conjured up images of stuffy waiters serving scones and marmalade in old-fashioned tea rooms to guests clad in their Sunday best.
I often fInd myself craving for a cup of coffee, but now I have found a new path, one that English, Parisians and Asian people have been walking-or should I said drinking?-for a long time: the tea path. While coffee is related with the big city rush, having to stay up for working longer hours or taking five minutes off from work, drinking tea is about relaxing and contemplating life. Even though it seems that no matter where you look there is someone having coffee, tea is still the second most popular beverage in the world, right after water.
Luxury tea brand TWG Tea presents an evocative line of traditional and
snowskin mooncakes including The Celebration - a rich mahogany skin filled
with chocolate mousse and salted caramel, infused with Tea Party Tea and the Talisman, a crimson
skin filled with fragrant cinnamon and orange mousse that reveals a truffle chocolate heart infused
with Lucky Tea.
One problem with its previous salons is that you often had to wait before getting a space,
especially at lunch time.
